Hey Students and Parents,
I hope you are having a great start to the New Year!! I wanted to take just a minute to give you the information on our upcoming camp fundraiser.
Sunday, January 23 we will be serving a fundraiser lunch to the church. We will be having stuffed baked potatoes, please text or call Heather at 806-831-2512 or email her at hcderrick@gmail.com to let her know what you can bring. Remember funds are disbursed based on contributing food, helping set up, serve and clean up and attitude on the day of the meal. We will need the food to be at the church by 9:45 on Sunday morning. Here’s what we need:
Large crock pot of chili (3 people)
Large crock pot of chopped bbq brisket (3 people)
3 bags shredded cheese (3 people)
3 large packages sour cream (3 people)
2 large tubs of margarine (3 people)
2 packages uncooked bacon (4 people)
2 desserts for 10 people each (6 people)
Remember that a deposit of $60 is due January 30th, we will be cutting the number of spots we have reserved early in February so please help us by letting us know for sure if your student is planning on attending. We don’t want anyone to miss out, but also don’t want to be paying for unfilled spots. Camp is going to cost $385 this summer so fundraisers are crucial, please make every effort to help out!
