Dear Students and Parents,
Sunday, May 1, after morning worship we will be serving lunch camp fundraiser. Below is a list of items that we will need for that morning, please give Heather a call, text (806-831-2512) or email (hcderrick@gmail.com) letting her know what you will be able to supply ASAP. As soon as someone volunteers for an item it will be taken off the list so if you have a strong preference please let her know quickly this will ensure that we have everything we need and not too much of one thing. We will need:
3 students to bring 5 packages of hamburger buns
6 students to bring 2 bags of chips
2 students to bring 2 jars (46 oz) of sliced pickles
4 students to bring 5 tomatoes
2 students to bring 2 heads of lettuce
2 student to bring 2 onions
3 students to bring 2 packages (24 count) sliced cheese singles
All of these items will need to be to the church by 9:45 on May 1. The student’s share of the money raised will be based on if they bring food, how many hours of work they do that day, set up, serving, and clean up, and their attitude. The last lunch we did like this was very successful; all together the students raised about $1400!!
