Hey Parents and Camper,
Camp is upon us and I wanted to touch base with everyone to make sure all the details are in line for next week! We will be meeting at the church at 7:00am this Monday, June 28th. At that time we will label everyone’s luggage with tags saying the student’s name and our church name, please remember the 2 bag limit. There are 45 of us going so it might be a little crazy that morning! We will also need to make a copy of your child’s insurance card so please have that ready then too. If you have not turned in your notarized paper work yet, it must be completed, signed and notarized or you will not be able to go. Our church secretary is a notary and you may come in to the office Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and she can help you get it completed.
Your student will need their $10 key deposit to be easily accessible that morning and we will not have change available; it needs to be exactly $10! I will collect the key deposits before we leave and if your child turns their key in on Friday they will get it back before we head home.
Please remember to pack toiletries, towels, bedding, pillow, tennis shoes, clothes to get dirty in, clothes for worship, sunscreen and optional spending money.
We expect to have a great week at camp and can’t wait to see what God does with all of the students and sponsors!
